Is there a way to help you? I know it's hard to share work, but if you have somthing, just let me know and I will see if I can do it.

This looks very promising. It is hard to say from a picture if somthing is missing (I still have too little experience of Mach3), but I don't think so.
Keep up the good work. I'm looking forward for a relase.

Well, even better :-) Almost embarrassing that I missed that!
Now the flashing stop button is really useful!

Hi all,

My name is Per Eklund, I'm 50 years old and I live in Sweden. I work as a software developer.
CNC and Mach3 is new to me. My first mill will arrive in a week or so. It's an Opti BF20L that I shall convert with a DC Servo system.
Funny enough I'm also a model railroader and I like to develop electronics as well, just as the previous poster Thomss :-) It shouldn't be that common on this forum I guess.

I have played around a bit with Mach3 and starting to learn how to use Macros, Brain and to modify screens. This is as always a step to take, but there are a lot of information on the forum that is to a great help. Hopefully I can contibute in the future when I have learnd more.

The Optional Stop led is on when Stop on M1 Command is selected.
So in Config->General Config there is a checkbox under M01 Control that say "Stop on M1 Command". If you uncheck this it will stop flashing.

Finally found what causing the flashing. This was a great exercise since I learned a lot about Mach3 customization along the way.
I found that the blinking yellow stop button was the triggerd by "Optional Stop On LED" (Oemled 65). It also took some time to find out what that was :-)

Have you thought about the "Estimated Program Run Time" in simulation? I have a suggestion to put that under the "Run From Here" button, after the file name.

Sorry,  A brain file listen to "input#1-signal"  and then resets mach3, not "enable1-signal".

Last night I connected my machine to Mach3, but the stop button still flashed after reset.
I must reset Mach3 from my machine. A brain file listen to "enable1-signal"  and then resets mach3.
This may be the reason why the stop button don't stop to flash. This has probably nothing to do with the screen, but maybe you know how to solve this any way.

I must say that so far this screen works very well with the tuch screen.

Thank you. Works like a charm now :-)
I missed the part to configure the fonts in Mach3. New on this but I'm learning.
I work as a software developer so I'm used to search for things, but this I have totaly missed.

Thank you for your replay. I have the fonts in c.\Mach3\Fonts directory and I have installed the fonts in windows as well, but no success.
I got my power supply today so I will make a test on the PC with xp today. I let you know the result. It might be a Vista 64 issue.
