General Mach Discussion / Re: Can't get motors to turn
« on: April 12, 2010, 04:09:16 PM »
I know it's an old theread but i'm currently have the same problem, the only diffrence is that my machine worked and then stopped after i re-installed mach3 - it was freezing the entire PC when started.
since the re-install i have no motor movmnet and exactly the same thing on the Paralell port pins,i get 4.34volts on all the pins all the time.
I guess i need to get another LPT card and give it a try too.

General Mach Discussion / Pulse frequency changes with mouse movment
« on: February 23, 2010, 03:10:42 PM »
Hi All,
My name is Eran end iv'e built a small benchtop router, using an ebay contrller board and mach3.
i just started with setup and noticed that while a program is running, if i move the mouse around the motors speed is increasing.
if i look at the diagnostics screen i see the when i'm not moving the mouse pulse frequency is at ~8k but when i move the mouse constantly the pulse freq. goes to ~25k and the machine works much faster.
 ??? ???
