i think i have fixed the problem, i will know for sure tonight,  i changed the port driver to one suggested in another post.

I am having the same problem with port 2 pins 2-9 as inputs, 

If anyone has any suggestions please send them this way.

I am having a problem, if i select pins 2-9 as inputs everything works well until i restart the PC. It seams to forget that pins 2-9 are inputs even tho the box is still checked off.

If i uncheck the box, click apply, then check the box then click okay it works, until the computer gets restarted again.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
