No Tweakie for the moment i have not noise.

One time it happened that X axis made unexpected movement..!!

The manufacturer said that this system is designed to keep very low noise, so i think that is professional to have "AFC5".

I am fortunate to have a dc dc converter  :D to minimize the noise in the system

but I did not find how to connect ???

here is the datasheet of the  main element "AFC5"

 is that someone can help me to connect

 hi,
tweakie i resolved the problem:
 - first i bought i new pci printer card and it carrie  5v or 0v i jogging
 - second some integrated circuit "SN74LS00" was broken so i changed and the motor finally move...

I had yet downloaded parmon and all seems fine and when i try jogging motor pins change color from green to red and from red to green but there is something unusual when i used a multimiter to know parallele port voltage and it show :
pin 2 and pin 3 = 4.39v when i jog X+ and  1.86 with X-
pin 4 and pin 5 = 2.89v when i jog Y+ and  0.75 with Y-
pin 6 and pin 7 = 1.60v when i jog Z+ and  0.60 with Z-

pin 3 and pin 10 =4.40v
pin 5 and pin 10 =4.40v
pin 7 and pin 10 =4.40v

is that seems normal..!

hi,

I 'm newest in CNC and i have some problem : motors don't move :-\

I am setting up a 3 Axis system and am using a package from Kelinginc.net which is

5056 drivers using a C10 breakout board.


On the C10 board, I have jumpers set as follows :

__Pins 2 - 9 jumpered for output

__Pins 2 - 9 jumpered for pull down

__com jumpered for com=5V

__input pins 10 - 15 jumpered for pull down

-Pin 2 = x step  -pin 3 = x dir
-pin 4 = y step  -pin 5 = y dir
-pin 6 = z step  -pin 7 = z dir


there are no limit/home switches connected.
there is an Estop switched to Pin 10
