General Mach Discussion / Need help!

Ok guys I need some help, I work for a printing co. and we just bought a sign shop that closed. It has a K2 CNC router table and is running with Mach3 software.
I have been given the task of learning to run this thing. I can turn it on and move the router across the X & Y access but that's it. I not even know what key in the keyboard move the Z access. I need help!!!!!! Does anyone know where I can get INFO basic info. All I'm finding is stuff for those who already know how to do the basics. Any help would be great.
