General Mach Discussion / Mach3 moving a axis that it’s not in the program

Hi , I wonder if someone has had the same problem than me today .
Loaded a simple Milling 2 1/2 D program that is using X , Y , And Z axis .The program works ok , until I pressed the feed hold button , the feed stops , and then when I press the cycle start again Mach3 select the 4 axis in place of the axis that was moving before I pressed the feed hold , this does not happen if instead of using the feed hold button I use the stop button.. Using Mach3 , with the ESS.. on win7

Hi;
I have the opposite , when I turn the ring it wont stop , unless I press the ESC key on the keyboard, I think that your problem is on the setting on the MPG
press the TAB, key in the Keyboard , and play with the settings on the MPG that pops out

Vistacnc Control Pendants / Shuttle RU

Hi;
I’m not sure that this is were I supposed to post this , but I will like some help
I have a shuttle RU , and the axis tends to run away if I use the jogging wheel , and it does until I press the stop button in the shuttle , or until I press the ESC in the keyboard.
Can someone please guide me on how to implement the ESC in one of the shuttle buttons? O I’m using the ESS , and Mach3

thanks Smurph you again for your answer, can you believe that I have a complete  siemens controller and 3  amplifiers  ,ac servos and screen/keyboard and I wont be able to use them , because of lack of brains?,lol

Hi ; I have one Galil 1423 similar to the one in the link
my question is, because it got 4 D connectors, can it be used with $ external step and dir drives like Yaskawa or Gecko, to obtain 4 axis?
please answer promptly as if it does not suit I will have to return it .
