Hi Hood

I need your helps, my problem is:

I want to create very small letters, more or less than 0.3 high, 0.4 long, 0.3 wide. I have toopath in Artcam at its maximum resolution, and when I do my DSLS 3000 Microproto. The letters are created distorted, as if the letters were doubles, look at the photos.

yes,, limits switch triggered,  and wathdog is on.

e-Stop 5 % , 25%

I used diameter for feedrate , 0.001 when the machine begins soon then for or but it follows and the low Z more must of it lower during the work and it damages soon it.

this method does works,,the speed is up,,,  but  when I'm  working stops trigriss at 5 %,, please help

I have Deskproto for generate the G-code for Microproto Dsls 3000.  The 4 axis is slow,  help me, please,, and always ''the predssed e-stop''

Yo estoy usando Deskproto para poder hacer el posprocessor pero cuando lo mando hacia la maquina Microproto 3000 se mueve lento el eje 4 , y no lo he podido usar,, por favor ayuda,,
