Taking the mean of the guesses of myself, my wife my daughter, and my father-in-law and given the amount of time it would take the average person to loose sanity and start drooling on the shop floor from trying to count all those chips, the result comes to  2443620.625 rounded up to the nearest whole number is 2,443,621. So there you go 2,443,621 no question. By the way, we would all like to know how you yourself came to a figure of how many chips are there, and at which mental institution did they treat you after you were finished?
