General Mach Discussion / Home/ Limit switch problem

Hi, I just put in PMDX-122 B/O board on a 3 axis router table running Gecko G201's with mach 2. I'm trying to figure out how to get my limit switches wired properly. Here's what i know. I have 5 limit switches; 2 for Z, 2 for X, And 1 for Y That are normally closed. When I changed boards from one that wasn't compatible with gecko my home stopped working. When it hits home on Z it just freezes and the reset button will not stop blinking. I have not made it to the other axes yet for the problem with Z. Z doesn't turn green like it hits home either. I have to trick the computer by shorting the switch back into closed position to move the axis off the limit. It never did this before so I don't think it is the switch bouncing. Its like it is triggering an E-stop. Help!!
