General Mach Discussion / Mach 3 requirements

I've tried to find this on my own and can not find it------what are the minimum system requirements for Mach 3....processor speed. ram, etc. Also while I'm asking questions.............I have just built a 48" x 48" plasma/router table and want to know if this is a good program
for me. I also will eventually want a program which I will be able to design parts and have the machine make. I am talking 2d and maybe 2.5D (I hope that's right) nothing too complicated. I also will probably buy picture files and import them into my system to cut or router.
Any suggestions on a design program that works well with Mach 3 and can anything be designed in Mach 3 itself I can do without being
a programmer. As you must know I am new to this. Also when I am watching an introduction video on the sight, is there a way to pause the video. Thanks for any help Nick
