A method of probing for inspection.
Holes: Nominal XY, Actual XY, Nominal XY, Actual XY, Deviation X, Deviation Y, Diameter, Tolerance, True Position with Bonus applied determining Accept/Reject.
Profile: Nominal XYZ, Actual XYZ, Deviation XYZ, Tolerance, Determination of Accept/Reject.
Output to Excel in AS9102 Format.

This is my first post. I have been a Mach user for three or four years now. I check out the website periodically, just to keep in touch. I guess the reason I have never posted before is because it seems that any question I come up with has already been asked and answered. I really appreciate the people dong all of the hard work, leaving me to enjoy the projects in front of me. My machine is a homemade cnc router built almost entirely from Ebay shopping. My control is from Hobby CNC (Great Service from them). My projects seem to revolve around framing art.
