Tangent Corner / computer speed

Hi, i amazed at people using p2-400 computers with mach1,2,3 very low speed.
this is far from the p3-1000 art chimes in on for a working computer. i will have to
run up a p3-733 and see how it does? cul brian f.

Hi, yes i do, havent taken time to check. my computer guru suggest it might work on a different interup.
i will probably sometime today test it with a meter. all of the dell p4-1700 and p4-2000 have been tested and run the machine fine. (hobbycnc drives).  thanks for the reply, will keep you posted on the results. cul brian f.

General Mach Discussion / dell optiplex

Hi, i have 3 dell optiplex series 110 115 and 200. the 110 works fine on mach3. the other two appear to have bad parallel ports. i am wundering if these might suffer from low voltage output on the parallel port? previous condition of computers is unknown. ideas anyone? cul brian f.
