I am experiencing the identical problem that was stated in the first article; however, it is occurring on a regular basis, and despite completely reinstalling Mach3, I am only able to carry out a single meaningful run. Furthermore, reverting to the profile settings of the previous session does not resolve my problem.

The turn tool offsets are effective. Your message requires that I read it very attentively. There is more than one method for doing tool touch off, and each of them is effective.
I just wanted to let you know that I personally created a bespoke screen set that allows you to explore all of the tools in order to fill the tool table, use the master tool idea, control the table using buttons if you so wish, and so on.  space bar clicker

Turn tool offsets work. I must attentively examine your article. There are many effective tool touch-off methods.
For my custom screen set, I probed all tools to create the tool table, used the master tool idea, then manipulated the table via buttons as needed.

A CNC machinist acquaintance assured me that a front-mounted turret machine should have the largest X+ value toward the operator. That makes sense—the greater the X+, the wider the diameter.
