Mach SDK plugin questions and answers. / Unable to include nmclib04.dll in visual studio 2008

we are making a plugin for mach3 thus we want to use nmclib04.dll but we are unable to do so  and we are getting an error that it is neither a .net assembly or a registered activex control. Please guide us .
