I have a fix for you I think. These updates will be in the next release. You have three files in the zip you need to replace some existing files with. They are in the folders they need to be placed in respectively.

They #Vars were changed sometime back. The probing module has been updated but I'm not sure if you have the updated version. Not sure what builds it was included in if any. There was also an issue with the #Vars used to set distance modes. I know that is being looked at but not sure if it has been fixed yet or not. Will let you know when I find out.

Is it blue when your probe is not touching? You can use that led to make sure your probe is working as expected. On when touching off when its not.

If it is blue when touching and black when not touching but your getting an unexpected touch there is about a 90% chance you have noise triggering the probe input when it should not be.

Until then, hoover over buttons, DROs, LEDs, etc in the dialog to see the tool tips when they pop up.

As Stuart said, make sure your selected probe input is working correctly.

The touch button should bring up the TouchOff UI. Once you have UI up you need to make sure that if your probe goes active the blue LED lights up.

Do you have your inputs mapped to the modbus registers? Just because they are getting to modbus registers does not insure they are being seen as inputs in Mach. If you open diagnostics, logging pin and play it....... do you see the signals change states as you change them? Do that, save the log file and post it here. If your using the wx4 or wx6 screen set you can also watch their states change on the diagnostics page.
