VB and the development of wizards / Read a value and execute a User-Macro

Hello

I'm optimizing my Screenset.
The Basis of my Sreenset is from PA.
But I did so many imprvements and Errorcorections.

Now I try to build a button where set the x-coordinate an then the Spindle goes to this coordinate.
Simply: Goto X Goto Y Goto Z

Im try to do this with machsreen.

My question is:
How can I build a Button that reads the valeu and then executes a VB-Script where i can Use the value?
I only find something where I can define the Value and something where I can execute Code.But I need a Button whitch is dooing both!

Hello,

my Referece-Indicators are mouted at the right/back/botom Side of my machine.

After doing a reference-drive the maschine coordinates are set correct to
x=304
y= 477
Z= 20

Now I whant to have the same values in the local coordinate-system!

So, how can I get this done?

Here is my VB-Script:

REFCOMBINATION(4)
REFCOMBINATION(
REFCOMBINATION(2)
REFCOMBINATION(1)

after this I need:
Set X= "Homing&Limits"SoftMinX
Set Y= "Homing&Limits"SoftMinY
Set Z= "Homing&Limits"SoftMaxX

Can please anybody help me doing this?

Mach SDK plugin questions and answers. / ESS Smothstepper & Triple Beast

Hello everyone.

I have a "cheese cutter" Karla with UC100 and Treaple Beast.

In the long term I would like to switch to the ESS Smoothstepper!

Question 1:
Can I buy the ESS Smothstepper first and use my UC100 (USB parallel adapter) as an Ethernet parallel adapter?
In the second step I would like to buy new drivers and stepper motors.

Is the?

Question 2:
Can I also use the ESS Smothstepper with Estecam?

Langfristig möchte ich auf den ESS Smothstepper umsteigen!

Frage 1:

I hope I'm posting this in the right forum section.

I have a Sony wireless controller (N1158) and I want to use it to control Mach3.
Unfortunately, I can only find plugins for the XBox controller.

Question 1: Can I also use the Sony wireless controller?
Question 2: What kind of plugin do I have to use and which drivers?

Ich habe einen Sony Wireless Controller (N1158) und möchte diesen zum Steuern von Mach3 verwenden.
Leider finde ich nur Plugins für den XBox Controller.

Bin absoluter Mach3 Neuling.
Bitte entschuldigt wenn ich an der falschen stelle Poste.

Ich habe mir eine gebrauchte KARLA gekauft und arbeite mich gerade in MACH 3 ein.

Ich möchte mir MACH 3 neu installieren und mit der Orginaloberfläche arbeiten.

Frage:
Kann man die Einstellungen aus einer Installation in eine andere Übertragen?
