Title: Can someone point me to the user manual for Mach 3
Post by: Tboh on December 18, 2008, 07:55:38 AM
Hello,
I'm looking for a little help with the basics.  I'm building the machine and have downloaded Mach3.  Are there any sites that dumb it down A LOT?  I have no CNC experience at all.  Is there a user manual or tutorials posted somewhere?  Could someone post s few links etc.?

I'm converting a SIEG X2 to CNC for model making and engraving.  I plan to use the G540 and Keling steppers.  I'm in the process of adding the ball screws now. I'd like to use the X and Y to CNC the Z axis parts.  I've been trying to figure out how to program Mach3 to surface a 4x6 plate that will be the z axis mount.
Thanks!

If you scroll to the top you will see a support tab, from there you will find links to video tutorials and also the manual.
