Title: Multifunction CNC Board
Post by: arturod on July 05, 2006, 07:53:19 PM
This new board comes with many of the features of the other boards that I have been offering.  I believe users will find they will save time and reduced wiring as it already comes with many built in features.  It is also great for use in systems that are already in place since it comes with a DB25 connector for output.

Check out the board at:

http://www.cnc4pc.com/Multifunction_CNC_Board.htm

The features of this board are:
• Fully optoisolated
• Built-in Safety Charge Pump.
• Built-in Variable Speed Control.
•Built-in 10 amp AC Solid State Relay.
• Built-in 8 amp Solid State Relay with NO and NC positions.
• All pins can be used in a concurrent manner.
• Buffered outputs.
• Status LEDs on all inputs and output connections.
• Has an extra DB25 female connection for output.
• Output pins 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 16, 17.
• Input pins 10, 11, 12, 13, 15.
• Input and output pins with close by ground connections.
• Easy installation of an On/Off switch. You can control the card externally.
• All TTL 5VDC signals.
• Works directly with popular CNC hardware and software.
• Screw-On connections for all terminals.

Yes,

The board is fully assembled. It is for 4 axis only.  Yes, you will attach the steppers to this board.  If you need 6 axis, take a look at this board http://www.cnc4pc.com/Store/osc/product_info.php?cPath=33&products_id=45. The picture is from the first version of this board.  We are currently shipping revision 3 of this board.  Take a look at the new picture.

Thanks,

Arturo Duncan

^^ This is a break out board not a stepper driver board.
