Title: Reversing Servo Direction

Could someone explain to me how to reverse the direction of the servo motor in Mach3.  The X and Y are moving the wrong direction

Under homing and limits there is a place to reverse the direction. As soon as you change to exit Mach3 (this will back up the XML file) then you can reopen it and should be good to go :)
