I use the 1024 resolution of the encoder,
How to associate it with the spindle£¿

What are you wanting to use the encoder for? If its a servo motor you have on the spindle then the encoder will go to the servo drive. If it is that you want to hook the encoder into Mach to use for spindle control then I don't think that is possible at this point in time.
 The SmoothStepper will have encoder input for spindle in the future but how controlable it will be I don't know yet. I think (hope) that rigid tapping will be possible in the future with the SmoorthStepper.

I used  Brushless motor Driven the spindle, I would like to do with encoder feedback£¬
I want use the "G32" to  Turning thread¡£
Who can help me?

Which signal should be connected parallel port  when I want to drive spindle ?
Now I conntected signal as follows:
X Asix £º     2    4
Z Axis £º     6    8
Spindle:      14   5
Encoder1:   13  15

OK so this is a lathe, you can do threading on a lathe no problem.
You will however have to have a once per revolution pulse. The index pulse on your encoder is no use for this as the duration is too short for the parallel port to see reliably (if at all)
 Most people use an optical switch and a slotted disc on the spindle, the one I use is Optek 917b.

Go to Config tab the down to ports and Pins, go to Inputs and enter the port and pin numbers for the Index.

My encoder Does not need to filter ¡£

You will not be able to use the Index pulse of the encoder for spindle Index, it is too short a duration for Mach to see with the parallel port. If you have used an optcal switch and a slotted disc then you may need to set a debounce if you have not used shielded cable.
