Title: Multipass in Mach3Turn
Post by: Edward Perera on May 31, 2006, 05:39:20 AM
Hi All...

I have been trying to get an Auto Cad 2004 drawing in to Mach3Turn GCode format. I got the dxf file in AutoCad R12 format. And after viewing the MultiPass video tutorial, I imported the DXF file in Mach3Mill and loaded the Multipass Wizard. When I try to convert the code, and error message comes saying " ERROR ON LINE 240 - INVALID PROCEDURE CALL OR ARGUMENT". Are there any special concerns when drawing for lathe operation?? . Please tell me how to turn a simple part using a drawing profile & Multipass wizard.

Thanks & Regards,
Edward

Hello Edward,
There is not a multi pass wizard for turn :( in the next 6 months we are in hopes to put turn into Lcam.

Sorry
