Title: Where to find version release notes or updated documentation?
Post by: carllance on June 04, 2008, 11:33:02 AM
I would like to read about the enhancements/bug fixes that were added since my last Mach update.
Where can I find the release notes or documentation updates since version 1.84??

Thanks!
Carl

Mach3 changelog on the downloads page may be what you are looking for.

Hood, I realize that this is an old thread, but as of 26 Dec 2009 the changelog to which you refer is only current to version 1.90.  And I don't see a changelog included in the Mach3 install.  Is there a more current changelog somewhere?  FTP site is giving an XML parsing error, so I can't poke around there either.

Thanks,

Randy

Version 3.042.032 (Nov 2009) is the latest changelog scrolled to the bottom on:  http://www.machsupport.com/downloads/Changelist90.txt

D'oh, the changelist is chronological downward... :P Thanks for pointing that out, Bill.  I looked at the title and didn't get farther than that (I'm used to changelogs in reverse chronological order...)  I'm trying to track down when the stepping engine (and step and direction definitions in the XML) changed--somewhere between 2.42 and 3.042.029.

Edit:  Apparently it was 3.02...
