Hi jluisrey,
Great gear!  How many axis does this process require, and
how deep of a cut can you take on each pass?
Also..Do you write your own code or what program
do you use to generate it?

  Thanks,
 Glenn ;)

Hello Glenn,

3 Axis are used, X,Z,A, and the deep was 3mm, one pass cut (the material is PVC),

I write a small program and a excel sheet to generate gcode for gear, need tool angle, number of toochs, space bettwen tooch, and desired angle,

Rey

Here you have the excell sheet and the program to generate the gcode, I will try to do a Mach3 wizard, but I don't know were to start ;O)
