Title: help with torch relay!

hello everybody,
I have my relay connected to control the plasma torch and mach3 will switch it on but it wont go off.  If i take one of the wires off and put it back
the relay will switch off. Is it something in the configuration that i've missed cause the relay has no fault!
Please help me out!

I thought the torch wasn't suposed to go out until after the Olympics :D.

Have you checked the pin number driving the relay. Does Mach 3 turn it off at the right time.

I have a feeling it must do. because you say if you disconnect a wire, the relay drops out. Have you wired it up as a "push botton" circuit - i.e. there is a second contact on the relay hlding it on, until a different relay opens the circuit.

Have you a wiring diagram of your circuit for the torch ???

Hello,
i'm using the relay from cnc4cp connected on port 1 on the board. It will switch it on when i press the torch on off button but it will not turn it off.
