Is this still available anywhere? Tried to get it from wiki but no website is to be found-

I have attached it. You might want to PM John Prentice to make sure this is the latest version.

Thanks so much, my friend but that looks to be release B1.0 where as the wiki info says it should be "Rev C1 onwards". Do you happen to know how to contact John Prentice?
