Just download Mach3 R3.037. After reboot, the driver test is in order but all the axis won't be jog able or run with G code.
I found that uninstalled the driver will make the control back to works.
Would it be something wrong from parameter setting. ???
Any kind of suggestions will be appreciates.
alay.

Do you have the axis enabled in Ports and Pins? I think it may not move in the DROs if you dont have them enabled.

Adam,
Am very wondering why Mach 3 is emulated when the driver is uninstalled, jog or runs program.
But it won't work when the driver is installled, the driver test is O.K.
Will you suggest to plug in the axis controler in order to make it works??
Thanks,
PJ.

Just enable the axis in ports and pins, no need to set up pins or ports for them, just make sure they are enabled and the DROs should move.

X,Y,Z and Spindle were enabled since the first started.
Thanks,

Can you attach your xml file and we can have a look and see if its a setting that is the problem. You will have to use the full reply form and use the additional options tab to attach it, you will also have to rename the file before you attach it, if you rename it something like PJ.xml the forum will accept it.

Dear Hood,
Please let me know the procedure to attach xml file, copy from and paste to for example.

In Mach3 the "input signals" can be hooked up to pins 10,11,12,13 and15. You should use the same pins on your BOB.

Hi, PJ
If you have a Standard Install of Mach you'll find the xml's in C:\Mach3 folder.
Find the Mach3Mill.xml, Make a copy of it and Re-Name the copy to a unique name, PJ Mach3Mill.xml should work.
Use the "REPLY" Button then Attachment Option, "Browse" to C:\Mach3 and find the file, Double click on it and Post.
Hope this Helps, Chip

Dear Hood,
Thanks for your kind .xml checked. I was tried this Mach 2,3 with 6~9 desk top computer and only got blue screen for every sets until downloaded to HP notebook, Pentium M processor,1.73 Ghz, 760MB Ram. No more blue screen but unluckily for it won't run with driver installed, but the Driver tested is O.K
I supposed it should be some way of trouble shooting and make it works or this software is not compatible with notebook?
Regards,
PJ.

If you can use one of the desktops again but this time format it and just have Windows and Mach installed.
Laptops can sometimes have issues with Mach but really its not the problems you are having. Just dont understand why you are not getting DRO movements with the driver installed.

Hood, though that I should buy one desk top only for Mach3, may be a used one will do the job.
This should be a last post, unless I could found out why Mach won't work in my note book.
Thanks you so much for every suggestions and supporting,
Until then, Bye.

Hi, Hood!
Just some funny thing to let you know.
Last Friday, I went to Central Department store, the computer section, supposed to shop one desk top for Mach.
As Ripley said, "Believe it or Not" all of the tested five sets, shown only blue screen or simply
shutdown after downloaded. Not even one set to prompted me to reboot.
