Title: Artsoft hardware

Hi, I just downloaded Mach3 and I looks great. I also sent money to the ncpod group for their hardware but cannot get a response from them. Are they a real company? I fear that since I can not even get a response from them now not only will there be zero support for their product but I may be out $115.00 as well.
Can someone restore my confidence?
