Title: Machine jumps when I turn the computer on and when I shut it down!!

My machine acts really crazy for a second when I turn on the computer and its even worse when I shut it down.Its moving for a second or two it kinda freaks me out. Anyone have any suggestions,or comments!!

If you have a breakout board with a Charge Pump you can use it, another way is to have your drives powered only when the computer is up and running and to power them down before you switch it off.
