Title: problems with cnc cutting oval

Hi Every one ,sorry i am very new here on this forum ,i have a problem with my  cnc minitech milling machine cutting oval instead of round,can anyone help me with this?

Sounds like backlash. Can you post a picture of the cut and code. There are several other things that come to mind, but that is the first. Are you sure your steps per are right? Beside each axis DRO you have a scaleing DRO. What do they say?

DRO means Digital Read Out, when people talk about DRO in Mach it really means any box on screen that contains numbers, in the case of the DRO's  Brett is mentioning it is the AXIS readouts on your main page, at the side of them you will see a scale box.
