Just upgraded to Mach 3 v 2.60, but now I get all sorts of strange toolpath, NOT AT ALL what i draw i acad or posted from LC.

You should update to the new LazyCam 1st.
You can put each part in there own layer & choose the parts that will cut 1st, 2nd ect.

This is 1 layer cut, just a test dxf I used a few days ago to test roundness, and it worked then
Update?
I have v 2.58, and this worked with mach3 v 2.00.65
Are there any updates of this?, i have bought the pro v for pocketing and offsets
Hmmmm. a little confused

The LazyCam I have is 2.00.060. Here is a pic. Very nice. I have a Cam program so I no longer use it.

I'm going to take a shot in the dark here....
Looks to me like in the .dxf version of the file that the circles were a group (block). LAZY CAM (especially newer versions) DOES NOT LIKE BLOCKS! Explode all of your blocks on ACAD- Resave the .dxf, reimport into L-cam and then repost the results.
Good Luck,
Sid

Tried to explode but acas says noting to explode.
Also tried with a 40 mm square, the toolpath only shows 2 sides.
Tried som othe dxfs to, but totally weird result......this gotta be a bug.
If you have a file that I could try Sid, plz post one.
Have never had this issue before i upgraded

It'sgotta be something in your .dxf save. Try to save in ACAD ver. 12 or 13 format. I just tried doing a quick check here and all OK with latest versions. I'm using ACAD 2002 but saving the .dxf in R12 format.

Thanx for the effort Sid, but downloaded the g-code file, and the result is still the same.
Cannot see that i have any offsets either. nothing has been changed in the config as far as I can see.
Could try a clean install, but then I would have to enter all my parameters into the new install, and that is something I am trying to avoid

Just found out something interesting:::::::
If I hit the GOTO Z on program run screen and then regen toolpath it shows up perfectly.
Not sure what this button does....anyone care to explain?

GOTO Z button should move your axis to your X0 Y0 Z0 position of the DROs.

It sure does, but strange that I have to press this button, in order to get a correct toolpath.
If I load Mach3 and load a G-code after I have pressed the GOTO Z everything works ok, if i Dont i screws up the toolpath....hmmmm, Art, could this be a bug?
