Title: servo motors

if the servo motor stop because of over torque the the program stop to?

Only if you have the servo error/trip fed back to Mach, Config, Ports&Pins, Inputs, "E-stop", 5 volts Max or gnd., Tied into your E-stop in some way.

Probably other way's also.

hello afn09556, so mach don't know if the servo stops are not without going through the e-stop

Mach has no way to now with out a signal to stop.

If your drives have a fault signal output then you can put this in to Mach  as  Input 1, then on the General Config page at the lower left you choose the Program Safety Lockout option. If your drives fault then Mach will see input 1 and will stop.
