I have read and reread the manual and cannot find my answer. Lazyturn seems to generate toolpaths from max x to min x. How can I change it so the paths generate from min x to max x?
-
Also if I set the tool position to min x lazyturn cannot generate a tool path
-
The pathing is intended to cut away the stock until it reaches the contour of the piece. You don't start removing stock from say the profile to the exterior of the piece ....... maybe i am missing something !

I obviously understand that, it's just that I am trying to generate tool paths from min x not max x
-
Maybe I was using an incorrect axis, I am looking at z axis. My part is 46" long and the toolpath insists at starting at 46". I want it to start at 0".

Post the DXF file.
Have a look at figure 3.5.1 Page 2 of 6 of Appendix "B" of the manual. You need the dwg origin to be correct before importing.

I guess the program is designed to work right to left. Is there a way to change tool path generation from absolute to incremental?

Not that I am aware of for LazyTurn.
