Title: Find No XHC NcUsbPod!

Hello
am new to CNC world, a bouth a chinese cnc and I get this error, Find No XHC NcUsbPod! and cant do enything anymore, custemer services from company sucks, I have 4 days with work delay, does enybody have a clue what I can do, my controller is a MK3-V usb please help!!!
and if its sofware problem can I upgrade to mach 4 whit this controller?

Hi,
buy a US or European motion controller. Chinese manufacturers often use pirate software and once they've got your money they don't care
about you at all.
