Title: Wiring Limit Switches
Post by: olf20 on October 18, 2007, 11:08:35 PM
Hi all!
Just finishing up on my limit / home switches and was wondering if it is ok to use a common ground from the breakout board to my x minus and x plus limit / home switches. I know that all the grounds on the breakout board are common, but just was wondering if running a shielded cable with 3 wires was just as good as running one with 4 wires using one wire as ground for both switches.
Thanks for any help!!

Yes that should work just fine.
