I have a brand new HiCON Integra Controller 7766 never used.  I bought it a few years ago to see if it was a viable option at the time but went with a different controller.  Has been sitting in a drawer.  300.00 plus shipping to US address.

it's been a while since i purchased it but pretty sure it's open loop.
