Title: need help offset 5-axis cnc

Hello everyone, I bought a 5-axis attachment for my small 3-axis machine and faced the problem of adjusting the offsets in the rotary axes. How can I do this without sensors (if I put sensors, they will be triggered when the axis is fully rotated)? I found a video of a similar setting on YouTube, could someone explain to me how to do this (the author of the video is silent). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_JEFLKDehk

if you put a sensor for homing this will not affect during normal run.
