Title: Computer not talking to cutter

Hi All

Please please please, I am very new to cnc machining and i have had some problems. Firstly i was using MACH 3 which was fine as far as the arrows made the machine move. But i had problems loading files into mach 3. so i decided to download the MACH 4 to try that. All the files loaded fine but i cannot move the machine now. I have tried to use mach 3 again but that has also now stopped working

please help

Hi,
1) What PC, desktop/laptop/Windows7/Windows10/32bit/64bit?
2) What motion controller...parallel port/external controller?
3) Does the Mach3 plugin match the controller you are using?
