Title: M6 along with probing problems

I am using a manual tool change script, works ok as long as i don't run my zprobing module, after changing out the tool and before i hit cycle start.

Can i hit my z probe button to run the zprobe module while waiting in the m6 macro for cycle start ? probe module seems to be running but no axis movement.
When i hit cycle start it seems to mess up my axis positions.
all the jogging buttons work fine while in the m6 macro...
and if i hit my zprobe button any time after this, the probe moves in the wrong direction...

does the g31 have to be in the m6 macro to work correct.?
