Title: how to modify the top menu?

hello everybody
is it possible to change the top menu in mach3

In general config, you can turn off the top menus.................... but, you will have to hide a button on your screen somewhere to turn the menu back on. When you check this box in Mach, you are warned. If you don't have a way to turn it back on, you have a mess.
