Title: TB6560 controller settings

My hard drive recently puked and I lost my port and pin settings for Mach3.  Can't find them anywhere, so hoping maybe here.  It was running perfectly before.  I am using a TB6560 control box with a UC100 USB adapter on a 3 axis router I bought on eBay.  Can't for the life of me remember how I got the settings to get it running in the first place!  Any help would be so very much appreciated!

Do you know the maker of your control box ?
Perhaps post a picture of it.
