Title: my phone is banned

I have been getting the message that as a guest I am banned from the site on my phone. I deleted browsing history and cookies but nothing changed. It will not allow me to login or anything?? what to do? I use my phone all the time to access the site for answers to questions. i use chrome on my phone which i am also using on my computer

If your phone uses a dynamic IP then try turning it OFF completely, waiting a while, then turning it ON again so that it picks up and uses a different IP address.

i have a VPN on my phone which would change the IP. It makes no difference if the VPN is on or off
