attached are my files---xml---pocket---lay
pocket cuts fine finish size should be x=1.254 y=.574, finish cut is x=1.253 y.573 the difference is the tool bit that's ok.
lay cut dos not come out right using the same tool. i switch stock and program during same setup.
lay cut finish size should be x=1.250 y=.570, the finish cut is x=1.256 y=.575 that's a pretty good difference from inside to outside cuts.
i noticed this about a month ago it pockets a great 1" round hole but a fat 1" round lay.

BRIAN
is it possible for me to access the backlash routine in mach3.when i enter my true dial indicated backlash number into
the backlash menu and run a cut the part measures .006 fat.i can go back to the backlash menu reduce the lash .006
and the part will size.the phony lash numbers will let me cut a good square but a nasty circle.the true lash numbers will
cut a good circle but it will be large and the square off.can i get to the lash code and try to work it around.
thanks bill
