HELP I can convert any file to DXF and with LAZY CAM conversion MACH 3 is happy. But when I use the program it cuts everything twice and then another twice a bit smaller. Any ideas would be appreciated

Check your .dxf - chances are that you have double lines for each contour and LazyCam is just following the lines it has been given.
Tweakie.

Your are right, when i magnify you can see it, do i have to delete every line i dint want?
-
Ideally your .dxf should have been created with just one line (in the centre of the bitmap lines that were traced) but you have traced either side of the original lines.
The only solution with your existing .dxf is to delete the lines you do not want before creating the Gcode with LazyCam.

You pointed me in the right direction a program called IMG2CAD cleaned it up once now they want $99 LOL Thanks

$99 :'(

You really need to learn teh CAD side of CNC so you can clean up your own drawings before converting to Gcode. You time is free (;-).

There is a manual for LazyCam that I wrote and strongly suggest you read it.
Should be in Member's Doc's.
As Terry remarked, clean the file up before creating the DXF.

Yup this happened to me you probably had two lines in there and didn't see. When you set it to automatic then it will just cut twice and screw things up.
