Title: mach3 and pokeys 57cnc - does it support threading ?
Post by: depronman on September 02, 2019, 05:51:39 PM
Hi all,
New on here
Done a Boxford CUD to CNC conversion, using a Pokeys 57CNC
got everything working including spindle speed / start / stop

cannot get the spindle speed readout to work in Mach3
using a proximity sensor that is feeding an external RPM readout with a single magnet pickup

any idea where I am going wrong ??

Cheers,
Paul

No threading support for Mach3 .Pokeys 57e only supports threading for Mach4 .You must have index and works better with index and encoder .From what Im told even though I cant get mine to work on Mach 4 very frustrating.
