Title: Need someone with brains to help me with mine
Post by: pcbguro on July 23, 2019, 10:12:11 AM
I need help creating a brain that will turn on a relay (output #1) when I press the (Cycle start) button. Then when the program is finished to turn it off.  This relay is used to turn a long arm quilting machine on and off.  I have done it with M3 (on) and M5 (off) by putting it in my gcode this works only if my thread does not break. That never happens it always breaks. So right now when my thread breaks I have to press the manually press the (Feedhold) button to pause the program, then press the (spindle) button to stop the sewing machine.  Then once I have re threaded the machine and stepped the program back some number of steps I need to press the (cycle start) button to continue the program running and then press the (spindle) button to start the machine. I am using Mach3.
