Post by: ferralla on September 05, 2007, 08:20:42 AM
Using Mach3 (Free trial version) on a portable PC with AMD Processor 3000+, the Pulse Frequency isn't stable. Does anyone know where the problem is? Thank You.

more likely be the fact that it's a portable than the amd proc. mach3 runs just fine on my sempron 2800 desktop.

But Mach 3 run well with other portable PC, only not run well with AMD processor 3000+. This is a HP COMPAQ pc with 512 RAM and Windows XP SP2 Home edition.
Also try with same conditions portable PC Intel that no problems.
I think that this problem it is in all portable PC with AMD processor?????
Anyone have this problem?
Anyone can confirmed that this type or PC was well run MACH 3??
Why "pulse frequency" are not estable?

Please helpme.
Thank you Stirling.

Try removing the powerNOW drivers and settings. It will then run at full power all the time, not just when it thinks it should.

Well.
Finally i try with seting and i ussing the Optimizer file to XP in the web (download)with good work.
The problem are that the PC portable are runing in ACPI mode on the processor drivers.
It is very important that the portable PC run with STANDAR PC and run bad with ACPI mode.
I change the driver on computer processor in Hardware setting to Standart PC. NOW fine job the Mach 3.

TNAKS FOR ALL PEOPLE.
