Title: Is MakerCam.com site broken? Are there any alternatives?
Post by: timkel on May 15, 2019, 09:49:56 AM
I went to try www.makercam.com but the page only partially loads. I tried several different browsers and all open with the same problem. Are there any other web based Cam sites out there?

Makercam.com will work ONLY with updated adobe flashplayer.
I download and installed latest adobe flashplayer for IE11 and makercam.com works 100% under microsoft IE11.

It won't work under CHROMIUM based browser that now only support HTML5 and not flashplayer.

Neither Makercam nor the alternate site work. The alternate site seems to have been discontinued.

Is there an alternative that you might recommend - my goal is to convert SVG to GCODE as described in https://youtu.be/8kfNAhM_NLg

Thanks!
