Title: Pokeys57cnc homing not seting axis to zero
Post by: gorf23 on March 10, 2019, 06:55:26 PM
Pokeys57cnc Homing.

When I home an axis, the home led is set to green but the axis is never set to zero, its always off sometimes only a couple thou but others times a lot..

also doesn't seem to back off.

Also has anyone used pin 17 for pwm spindle, maybe its me but seems backwards to me I connected a volt meter and I get 8.26volts at 0 rpm and  0.016 at 3600 rpm
shouldn't it go up as the rpms increase not down? and thought it was suppose to reach 10v?

Thanks gary

Hi,
have a look at the machine Diagnostics page. I suspect you will find that a G92 offset (or possibly a Head or Work
Shift) is in operation. Clear that and your machine cords will be reset as normal.

Nope all is set to zero g92  head and work... but still doesn't zero on home...

did get the spindle working in  the correct direction now don't know what I did just started running form 0v to 8.26 as I increase spindle speed..
go figure..
