Title: ftp access

I cant access the ftp site with my username/pass or my address/pass and was wondering if i needed to be added to the user list manually for access.  Newest version of Java running.  Keeps giving me a error.530 invalid password.

I also can not authenticate with username/PW.  What is the proccess to access FTP on machsupport.com?

Download-only FTP access is something we're still looking at.  The major problem is that there currently doesn't seem to be any simple way to create anonymous access or reset the necessary directory permissions for non-anonymous access.  I'll revisit the issue and see if there's anything I can do...  :-\
