Using the Internet Wayback Machine, I captured most of the relevant pages for screen design from the Wiki and uploaded them to my website.
If you're looking for Button, DRO, and LED numbers, you can find them in this zip file.

I am not sure why the browser would not let me download it but it is still accessible. I was able to download this ZIP file using curl on the command line.
